She was very calming and reassuring. Christina went above and beyond for me. Within a few hours the problem was solved. She had to jump thru some hoops. She went above and beyond. Everything was taken care of and I was able to travel with the documentation I needed to confidently travel across country. I really feel that currently, customer service has taken a downward turn. It is so refreshing to have a person in customer service representative who actually cares, AND who is a person, not AI or a recording saying press #1,2,3,4,5 etc."
