"The worst communication I've ever dealt with. After selling me a policy they stopped by my house and said I had 2 weeks to put siding on my shop or they were dropping me. I did a tge work they asked of me. Which was very short notice and had to ask family to help. I've been in limbo for a month not knowing if I have coverage. It's crazy how they won't give me straight answer. Do I have coverage?? Agent: we will get back to you... (for a month!!!) Terrible customer service."
