"I found the Chad Burtch State Farm office online and gave it a go. I had spoken with Caleb there, and he was very informative in answering all my questions, as I was considering switching from Allstate after being with them for 37 years, after my last auto policy change, which increased. Caleb helped me solidify that decision and knew exactly what he was talking about. So, I eventually switched over two plans with him: better rates, personal customer service, and patience. "I have been so impressed with the staff at Chad Burtch's office. More specifically, Carson and Julia! I recently moved from Iowa to Minnesota and saw an increase in my bill, both Julia and Carson have answered all my questions, responded timely, and made such an effort to help me make sure my overall bill was within budget. There are other State Farm agents in Minnesota, but I will be staying with Chad Burtch and his team because of how great Julia and Carson have been. Insurance is a stressful process, but the team works diligently to make it as smooth as possible!"

"This is an update to a former 5 star review. After quoting me a price, I was contacted the following week (as well as after my first review) and told by Hunter that he had misquoted me and would have to nearly double the premium on one of three vehicles because it was a commercial vehicle. I had informed Hunter during our first conversation that this was an F450. No matter, I had already switched coverage to them so I bit the bullet and paid for their mistake. Then, 6 months later, with zero claims zero tickets zero anything my premium increases by 16 or 17 bucks a month with zero explanation. When I call State Farm, they tell me it’s because the cost of buying parts or fixing my truck (a 2017 Ford F-250) has increased, even though I’ve still made no claim and have received no tickets. I tell the rep this is absolute BS and contrary to their pitch that good drivers and loyal customers receive discounts. I then send an email to Hunter explaining that I was going to bring my home, another three cars (would’ve been 6 ) and three motorcycles over for coverage but would not due to arbitrary price increases. If you think I received a response from Hunter or any other rep from this agency you would be wrong. Not a peep. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my coverage, their customer service is trash."

We apologize if this was not clearly explained and for any inconvenience it caused. It was never our intention to provide unclear information regarding your premium. We strive to offer transparent communication and excellent service, and we regret that we fell short in your case. We understand how important it is to feel valued and heard as a customer. Please feel free to contact our office directly at your convenience."
