"BUYERS BEWARE! Duped me into setting up full coverage on one of my vehicles when I asked for only liability. When I found out and confronted him on it he basically told me that it was too bad and refused to refund me my money! I have been a customer for 4+ years and have never once filed a claim. When I told him I was contacting customer service over this he basically told me that it was his word against mine. If you're looking for insurance, look elsewhere. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Certainly not very neighborly."
